Instagram Responds to Thanksgiving Day Outage, App Is Down

If you’re trying to get on Facebook or Instagram to share photos from your Thanksgiving celebration, you’re out of luck.

Facebook’s family of apps, including Instagram, is currently experiencing an outage and many users around the world are unable to upload content right now.

Instagram has released a statement on Twitter to update fans on what’s happening.

“We’re aware that some people are currently having trouble accessing Facebook’s family of apps, including Instagram. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. #InstagramDown,” the company tweeted.
