Modernlove. is one of the rising music acts we’re excited about, and we want Just Jared readers to get a chance to exclusively get to know them even better!

The Irish four member indie-pop group hailing from Drogheda – made up of Barry, Cian, Danny and Graham arrived on Tuesday (June 9) with the latest single off of their debut EP, monochrome blue, “lmk (if you wanna see me).”

“‘lmk (if you wanna see me)’ is about a formative period of your life ending. We wrote it during lockdown which inspired the somber, detached feel of the song,” the group explains of the new tune.

The 6-track EP is centered around themes like romance, rejection and 21st century communication, and is due out on September 1 on Akira Records, which boasts stars like Zola Blood and Shura on their roster.

“lmk (if you wanna see me)” is also the third single off of the EP, following “Liquorice” and “Bop,” which found support on big playlists like New Music Friday UK on Spotify, and radio support from stations like 2FM, BBC Ulster and XS Manchester. Plus, Modernlove. will be playing their first London show to support their debut at The Social on November 12.
