Gwen Stefani is going all out for fiance Blake Shelton‘s birthday!

On Friday (June 18), the 51-year-old “Hollaback Girl” singer threw a surprise party for her soon-to-be husband’s 45th birthday.

Gwen took to her Instagram to share a bunch of photos of videos from the party, which featured a backyard decorated with “HBD 45 BLAKE” balloons.

In one video, Blake and Gwen walked into the backyard as their friends and family yelled “surprise!”

In another video, Blake is wearing a gold paper crown with a giant smile on his face.

Blake‘s surprise birthday party comes after Gwen was “kidnapped” for her Bridal Shower last week.

We can only assume that Blake and Gwen will be getting married very soon!
