Miley Cyrus Teases Pete Davidson Over Kim Kardashian Romance - Watch Here!

Miley Cyrus is poking fun at her friend Pete Davidson!

The pair stopped by the The Tonight Show on Thursday (December 9) to promote their upcoming New Year’s Eve special.

During the show, Miley took to the stage to troll Pete with a cover of Yvonne Fair‘s “It Should Have Been Me,” seemingly throwing in a few references to his romance with Kim Kardashian.

“Pete Davidson, this song is for you,” Miley said at the start of her performance. “When I saw those photos, this is what I played.”

She went on to alter some of the lyrics to seemingly reference the comedian’s date with Kim without naming names.

“Pete Davidson, how could you do this to me,” she sang, later adding: “On the week of promoting out special!”

Miley and Pete also recalled getting matching tattoos together back in 2017 and starring in a Saturday Night Live skit with Larry David.

“We made this ‘SNL’ sketch where we were babies that were rapping – trap babies – one of the many brilliant ideas that I bring to the SNL table,” Pete quipped.

When David asked what they were doing in the sketch, Miley replied, “We said, ‘We babies,’ and for some reason, we looked at each other and were like, ‘That’s a great tattoo.’”

“I got my tattoo guy to come to 30 Rock,” Pete said, with Miley adding they “should have known that was [sketchy].”

“Then I burned mine off and you still have yours,” Pete shared.

“I stopped smoking weed the next day,” Miley joked. “At least with Pete anyway.”

In case you haven’t heard the news… Miley and Pete will be hosting NBC’s New Year’s Eve special from 10:30pm ET to 12:30am ET on December 31. The show will also be live-streamed on Peacock and will feature a star-studded lineup of special guests and musical performances.
