John Hersey Shares Sweet Birthday Post For Girlfriend Katie Thurston
Katie Thurston is getting a lot of love for her birthday from boyfriend John Hersey.
To celebrate her 31st birthday, John took to Instagram with a sweet message for her.

Sharing a photo of them at the First Noelle Ball in San Diego, Calif. from last month, John wrote, “I could have never dreamt up what this year had in store for me.”
“I am both in awe of, and extremely grateful for the circumstances that brought us together. And thank goodness you dumped me on national television, or else we could have never gotten to where we are now,” he went on. “Falling for you was the best decision I never had a say in, and I couldn’t be happier. Cheers to another year around the sun — happy birthday beautiful girl!!”
After seeing the post, Katie replied in the comments to him: “I sure do love you.”
