The Weeknd Lists Luxury Penthouse for $22.5 Million - See Pics from Inside!

The Weeknd is putting his luxury penthouse on the market.

The 31-year-old “Save Your Tears” performer has listed the property, which he purchased back in 2019 for $21 million, for a whopping $22.5 million dollars.

The penthouse clocks in at 7,950 and takes up an entire floor of its building, offering views of the city and ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony.

The unit features 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and amenities include a private elevator, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, steam shower, private gym and more. The building also offers a saltwater pool and spa, 24/7 security, valet parking, and a helipad to its residents.

According to The LA Times, The Weeknd also installed a TV wall comprised of four 65-inch screens during his two year stay.
