David Koechner's Ex Leigh Wants His Visitation With Their Kids Suspended After DUI

David Koechner‘s ex-wife, Leigh Morgan Koechner, doesn’t want him to see their kids following his DUI arrest.

TMZ reports that Leigh has asked the court to press pause on his visitation rights to their five children.

As reported, David was arrested for a DUI, and a hit and run, on New Year’s Eve.

The incident occurred around 3 in the afternoon after police were called to deal with an “erratic driver” after David reportedly hit a street sign with a car. He was then taken into custody after reportedly failing a field sobriety test.

Leigh is now asking for his visitation with their children to be suspended and for “safeguards be put in place to ensure (his) sobriety.”

She’s also suggesting that he submit to drug testing as well as use a Soberlink device to monitor alcohol consumption.

TMZ added that David is fighting her request, as none of the couple’s kids were in the car at the time of the arrest and claiming he’s driven the kids since the incident.

David and Leigh, who married in 1998, filed for divorce in the beginning of 2020.
