Kanye West Wears 'White Lives Matter' Shirt at Yeezy Show

Kanye West is going viral after he was photographed wearing a shirt with the phrase, “White Lives Matter” written across the back.

The 45-year-old entertainer stood on stage during a presentation of his Yeezy season 9 collection and spoke to the audience in the shirt.

Kanye reportedly spoke about a slew of topics while on stage.

“I am Ye, and everyone here knows that I am the leader,” he said at one point. “You can’t manage me.”

The show also started about an hour late. His daughter North West was in attendance at the show and she was part of a chorus of children that sang while the models walked the runway.

It is unclear if the “White Lives Matter” shirt is part of the collection. You can see the video of Kanye in the shirt at TMZ.

It’s unclear at this time if Kanye addressed the choice of wording on his shirt.

During the Black Lives Matter protests in June 2020, Kanye announced some big donations.
