“This was the hardest week of my life,” Amy wrote in a post on Instagram. She added that she missed Thursday’s SNL rehearsals to take her son to the emergency room. From there, he was admitted to the hospital for RSV.
“I got to be with him the whole day at the hospital and the beautiful humans at @nbcsnl couldn’t have been more supportive,” she added. “My son is home and better.”
“Thank you everyone there [at SNL] and to the doctors and nurses who helped us,” she wrote.
Amy did host the show as expected on Saturday (November 5). Have you seen her opening monologue yet?
