Reilly Opelka & Tommy Haas Help FILA Celebrate 50 Years in Tennis

Tennis star Reilly Opelka and former tennis pro Tommy Haas attend “FILA’s 50 Years in Tennis” celebration held at the Holloway House on Wednesday (March 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.
Guests enjoyed tunes by DJ A$AP Lou, while experiencing the brand’s evolution of style and culture in the sport through a curated display of archival pieces.
Opelka hasn’t been competing in tennis lately because he’s been troubled by hip and ankle injuries over the last half of 2022. He was even wearing a hand cast at the FILA party! Opelka hasn’t played a match since his loss to Nick Kyrgios at the 2022 Citi Open in Washington in August.
If Opelka wasn’t injured, he’d surely be playing at the Miami Open tennis tournament, which is currently going on at the Hard Rock Stadium through April 2nd.
Other guests in attendance at FILA’s tennis bash included Michael Evans Behling, Greta Onieogou, Carlacia Grant, Quincy Brown, Will Peltz, Christian Combs, Broderick Hunter, Clinton & Uche Moxam, Amelie Anstett, Carrie Bernans, Malinalli Nalli and Jessica Frances Dukes.
FYI: Opelka stands tall at 6’11″ and is currently tied for the tallest player in the ATP; Ivo Karlovic from Croatia is the same height. John Isner from USA is 6’10″.
