Patti LuPone Shades Kim Kardashian Over 'American Horror Story' Role: 'What Are You Doing With Your Life?'

Patti LuPone is not a fan of Kim Kardashian‘s new role on American Horror Story.

If you don’t know, the 74-year-old legendary Broadway star has been apart of two AHS seasons: Coven and NYC.

While making an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! Patti and her co-guest John Leguizamo played a game of “Do They Give a Damn” with host Andy Cohen. Andy would ask them about recent pop culture moments, and they had to respond if they cared about it or not.

One of the questions was, “Do you give a damn that Kim Kardashian is acting in season 12 of American Horror Story?”

“Yes I do,” Patti responded.

“You don’t like it, do you?” Andy asked, to which Patti responded, “No I don’t.”

“Why? She’s taking a role away from–” Andy started to ask before Patti interjected and said “From actors!”

She then said, “Excuse me, Kim, what are you doing with your life? Don’t get on the stage, Mrs. Worthington.” “Mrs. Worthington” is a reference to Noël Coward‘s famed song about a mom whose child has aspirations to become an actress.

John then had to reveal how he felt about the situation, and he shared, “Whatever she said, I double the emotion!”
