The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and the athlete are getting a divorce as of May of 2023, after being married for 11 years. They share four children. The news came at the same time as a report that they owe a lot of money in back taxes to the IRS.

The date of separation is listed as April 30, 2023, with the cause being listed as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”

Kim asked for spousal support, and wants joint legal custody of their kids (and primary physical custody as well), along with a request to restore “Zolciak” as her last name.
