Zac Efron & Jeremy Allen White Discuss Their Diet & Learning to Wrestle for 'The Iron Claw'

Zac Efron and Jeremy Allen White opened up about getting ready for their new wrestling movie The Iron Claw in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.

The 36-year-old High School Musical alum and 32-year-old The Bear star are bringing two of wrestling’s iconic Von Erich brothers to life in the movie alongside co-stars and onscreen brothers Harrison Dickinson and Stanley Simons.

In the conversation, they reflected on getting ready to film the movie. For them, the process entailed a transformative diet and a lot of wrestling practice. The actors shared some specifics about what they were eating and what training was like.

They also revealed their thoughts on actually competing as wrestlers now that they’ve gone through all of the practice. Will we see any of them join the WWE?
