Demi and Cody both hail from the Dallas, Texas area and were on the Disney Channel at the same time. The two reportedly briefly dated around 2007-2008, and even went on a date that didn’t go so smoothly.

Cody shared that his car broke down on his way to pick her up, and they finally made it to a steak dinner, where her parents let them stay out later, until 11, even though they had an early flight the next morning.

When she went to rehab in 2010, Cody sent some support her way and even sang a snippet of “Just the Way You Are,” and dedicated it to her.

Alexander DeLeon (2008)

While it wasn’t ever really confirmed, Demi and Alexander reportedly dated for a few months in 2008, and she even wrote a couple of songs about him. “Catch Me” and “Remember December” from her second album Here We Go Again are reportedly about Alexander, who is most known as the lead singer of the band The Cab.
