Heidi Klum wears a flowy floral dress as she visits her boyfriend Vito Schnabel‘s apartment on Saturday (August 6) in New York City.

Later that night, the 43-year-old model headed to the Hamptons to celebrate her friend Mike Hess‘s birthday.

Other celebrities in attendance included Taylor Swift, Karlie Kloss, Nelly, and Leslie Odom Jr.
