Sofia Vergara Got Advice From Heidi Klum For 'America's Got Talent' Judging

Sofia Vergara carries a large bag while on her way into the Dolby Theatre for a taping of America’s Got Talent in Hollywood on Tuesday (March 10).

The 47-year-old actress was joined by fellow judge Heidi Klum, who wore a Jeremy Scott x London Fog graffiti trench coat

Speaking with Parade recently, Heidi revealed that Sofia was “nervous” for her first day on the show.

“Coming in, obviously, because when you do something for such a long time [like Modern Family], she said, ‘It’s like I’m the new kid in the school.’”

Heidi did have some advice for Sofia for the role as a judge: “I said, ‘You have all great classmates. There’s nothing you can do wrong here. Just speak your truth, whatever you see, don’t hold back. Give them criticism on things that you see that needs to be criticized. If you loved everything, tell them that. Just speak from the heart and then nothing can go wrong.’”
