Erykah Badu Will Be Teyana Taylor's Midwife For Her Second Pregnancy

Teyana Taylor just revealed that Erykah Badu will be helping in the delivery of her second child.

The 29-year-old musician opened up about how the decision came about with Nick Cannon on his Power 106 radio show.

“I don’t know if I want to go to the hospital for this next baby,” Teyana shared. “I’ll make sure it’s not on the toilet or the bathroom floor.”

She added that she’s “considering home birth, and I’m actually going to be doing it with Erykah. Her and Iman [Shumpert, husband] are going to deliver my baby.”

“I’m super excited. I’ma have her just sing her verse from ‘Lowkey’ to me to calm my nerves.”

If you don’t know, Erykah is featured on Teyana‘s new album, The Album, on the “Lowkey” track.

“I have to brag about this because I’m very excited about this. Erykah’s not just giving anybody features,” Teyana recently shared with Apple Music’s Ebro Darden. “I get the chills every time I hear her on this track because it took me three months to ask her.”

The Grammy-winning entertainer was spotted wearing a mask and a hazmat-inspired outfit to protect against the coronavirus while accepting an award at the Austin Film Society’s 2020 Texas Film Awards held at Creative Media Center at Austin Studios on Thursday (March 12) in Austin, Texas.

Erykah Badu Is Selling an Incense That Smells Like Her Vagina

Gwyneth Paltrow just made headlines for her vagina candle, and now, it appears Erykah Badu is following suit with her own intimate scent, but for incense.

The “Didn’t Cha Know” singer revealed that she’s created an incense that smells like her vagina in an interview with 10 Magazine.

“There’s an urban legend that my p—y changes men. The men that I fall in love with, and fall in love with me, change jobs and lives,” she explained of her “Badu‘s P–y” incense.

“I took lots of pairs of my panties, cut them up into little pieces and burned them. Even the ash is part of it…yeah, man! The people deserve it!”

Taraji P. Henson looked stunning while stepping out for the premiere of What Men Want!

The 48-year-old actress hit the red carpet at the event on Monday evening (January 28) at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles.

What Men Want follows a successful sports agent who’s constantly boxed out by her male colleagues until she gains the ability to hear men’s thoughts. With her newfound power, she looks to outsmart her colleagues as she races to sign the next basketball superstar.

The film is set to hit theaters on February 8th.

Erykah Badu Shares Controversial Thoughts About R. Kelly Amid Boos During Concert - Watch

Erykah Badu is sharing her thoughts about R. Kelly, who recently parted ways with his label Sony Records following the airing of Lifetime’s docu-series Surviving R. Kelly, which documented allegations of sexual assault against the singer.

The 47-year-old artist opened up to the crowd during her concert at Aragon Ballroom on Saturday night (January 19) in Chicago, Ill.

“I don’t know how everybody else feel about it…I’m putting up a prayer right now for R…I hope he sees the light of day,” she explained as the crowd began boo.

“What y’all say? F–k him? That’s not love. That’s not unconditional. What if one of the people that was assaulted by R. Kelly grows up to be an offender? We gonna crucify them? How we gon’ do this? Just something to think about…they about to R. Kelly me on the Internet,” she said.

“Everybody involved has been hurt.”

When Ali is passed up for a well-deserved promotion, she questions what else she needs to do to succeed in a man’s world… until she gains the ability to hear men’s thoughts! With her newfound power, Ali looks to outsmart her colleagues as she races to sign the next basketball superstar, but the lengths she has to go to will put her relationship with her best friends and a potential new love interest (Aldis Hodge) to the test.

Tracy Morgan, Richard Roundtree, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Tamala Jones, Max Greenfield, Erykah Badu, and more also star.

If you don’t know, the film is a reboot of the 2000 Nancy Meyers film What Women Want, starring Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.

The movie hits theaters on January 11, 2019.
