Alec Baldwin‘s seven kids look like they’re headed into the family business!

The 63-year-old actor dressed up his children – Carmen, Romeo, Rafael, Leonardo, Eduardo, and baby Lucia, that he shares with wife Hilaria, in little tuxes for the premiere of his new movie, The Boss Baby: Family Business, premiere in New York City on Tuesday (June 22).

Alec also met up with co-star Amy Sedaris, producer Jeff Hermann, director Tom McGrath and writer Michael McCullers on the blue carpet.

In the sequel movie to the 2017 film, The Boss Baby: Family Business centers on the now grown-up Templeton brothers, who have become adults and drifted away from each other. But, a new boss baby with a cutting-edge approach is about to bring them together again – and inspire a new family business.

The film is set to hit theaters and stream on Peacock on July 2.

FYI: Leonardo and Romeo are both wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Hilaria Baldwin is opening up about how she’s talking with her eldest child, daughter Carmen, about diversity and race.

The 36-year-old writer shared a video to her Instagram Story (via US Weekly) of her talking with Carmen about what’s happening in the world right now and Carmen explaining just what she knows of diversity.

“We have been having many small talks that I believe are age-appropriate,” Hilaria wrote on Instagram Story on Thursday, June 4. “Interesting to listen to how a 6-year-old explains diversity. Carmen is sure that nothing and no one is exactly the same. No one has ever existed who is exactly like you and no one will ever be quite like you again.”

In the video, Carmen explains that “some people have things in common and some people like blue and some people like turquoise. They’re all different. Some reds are cherries, some reds are different, they’re cinnamon. Everything is different. Nothing is the same. Even identical twins are really different.”

When Hilaria asked her daughter what she thinks when she sees someone with a different skin color than her own, Carmen says that she wants “to be their friend. I want to be everybody’s friend.”

Hilaria is also mom to Rafael, 4, Leonardo, 3, and Romeo, 2 with husband Alec, and is expecting her fifth child this fall.

Hilaria Baldwin has made the sad announcement that she has suffered a miscarriage.

The 35-year-old wife of Alec Baldwin took to Instagram on Monday (November 11) to share the update with fans.

“We are very sad to share that today we learned that our baby passed away at 4 months,” Hilaria captioned the video below. “We also want you to know that even though we are not ok right now, we will be. We are so lucky with our 4 healthy babies—and we will never lose sight of this.”

“I told Carmen and took this so I could send it to Alec,” she continued. “I guess this is a good way to share it with you too. I told her that this baby isn’t going to come after all…but we will try very hard to give her a little sister another time.”

“I’m really devastated right now…I was not expecting this when I went to my scan today,” she added. “I don’t know what else to say…I’m still in shock and don’t have this all quite clear. Please no paparazzi…that’s all I ask ❤️.”

“Tonight is my last night with her…such a strange experience,” Hilaria also wrote in her Stories.

Alec Baldwin happily hits the carpet with his adorable 5-year-old daughter Carmen and his wife Hilaria Baldwin while attending the 2018 Arthur Miller Foundation Honors at City Winery on Monday (October 22) in New York City.

The 60-year-old actor hosted the inaugural event and was joined by Liam Neeson, Rebecca Miller, Edie Falco, Tituss Burgess, The Band Visit‘s Ari’el Stachel and Katrina Lenk, Denee Benton, Stephen Spielberg, Nathan Lane and Brandon Victor Dixon.

The benefit celebrated the work of HBO Documentary Films and playwright Tony Kushner and the power of public school arts education, and included musical performances from children impacted by the Arthur Miller Foundation’s theater program.

The couple held tight to their three kiddos – sons Leonardo, 2 and Rafael, 3, and daughter Carmen, 5, – as they posed for photos.

The couple are also parents to a four-month-old son named Romeo.

Alec Baldwin went on The Ellen Show today to discuss his new parody memoir “You Can’t Spell America Without Me” and brought along a very cute clip of him and his daughter Carmen, 4.

The 59-year-old actor brought a video of him teaching his daughter how to do his famous impression of Donald Trump that he brought to Saturday Night Live last season. He also confirmed he’ll be doing the impression again on the show this season, though did not confirm how long he could return.

Alec Baldwin‘s family and friends all stepped out to support his big performance!

The 59-year-old actor took part in Spike TV’s One Night Only special on Sunday (June 25) at the famed Apollo Theater in New York City.

Alec was joined by his wife Hilaria as well as his brothers Daniel and Billy.

His 30 Rock co-stars Jack McBrayer, Jane Krakowski and Tracy Morgan also attended the taping to show their support.

During the show, Hilaria took to her Instagram to share a sweet photo of their daughter Carmen with Alec‘s older daughter Ireland.
