Kate Bosworth keeps close to her handsome hubby Michael Polish while attending the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday night (March 4) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 35-year-old actress and the 47-year-old filmmaker were joined at the event by Sara and Erin Foster, as well as Catt Sadler.

Catt Sadler is calling out E! after it was reported that a female producer was fired from the network for letting Eva Longoria‘s interview, during which she voiced her support for the former E! News host, air during the 2018 Golden Globes.

“It’s disappointing that any network would order the censorship of opinions,” the 43-year-old TV personality told Variety. “But it’s particularly disturbing in this case because we are at a cultural tipping point where women feel more and more comfortable being vocal about issues like pay equality and sexual misconduct. To shut down those conversations is to stifle progress.”

Producer Aileen Gram-Moreno claims she was let go after she aired Eva‘s interview despite her bosses telling her to screen all interviews first for any mention of Catt and not air it.

Catt quit E! News back in December after learning her male colleague Jason Kennedy was earning nearly double her salary.

A female producer claims she was fired from E! for letting Eva Longoria‘s interview, during which she voiced her support for former E! News host Catt Sadler, air during the 2018 Golden Globes.

Aileen Gram-Moreno claims she was let go after the interview aired.

In her legal complaint, Aileen says she was instructed to flag any mention of Catt, according to the New York Times.

“They said, if there’s any mention of Catt in the preshow, make sure you flag it. You’re censoring celebrities; it’s just not a good idea in my humble opinion. But it wasn’t my decision,” she said.

Adam Stotsky, president of E! Entertainment, said that there was no effort to censor celebrities on the carpet, considering the interviews still aired and are available to watch on their website.

“If we were trying to censor, which is her primary thesis here, we certainly wouldn’t have done that,” he said.

“For the past decade Aileen Gram-Moreno was a freelancer who worked an average of 20 days per year solely for our red-carpet coverage. After the Golden Globes, she was asked not to return due to job performance issues. Ms. Gram-Moreno filed her legal claim after her request for a financial settlement was turned down,” said E! spokeswoman Sarah Goldstein.

Catt Sadler is speaking out since her exit from E! News.

The former TV anchor made an appearance on The View on Wednesday (February 14) to discuss her exit from the network after learning that she was being paid far less than her male co-anchor, Jason Kennedy.

“We started at the same time twelve years ago…for me, it was really apples to apples,” she explained.

“That’s why I just felt so strong in my conviction that what was happening was an injustice. And that’s why I felt very compelled to fight for what was right at the time. And I thought they were gonna do the right thing. And in the end, they did not.”
