Charlotte Awbery's Official 'Shallow' Video Ends with Perfect Throwback Moment - Watch Now!

Charlotte Awbery has released an official music video for her cover of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s “Shallow” – and make sure you watch until the very end!

The British singer went viral earlier this year after she participated in a “Finish the Lyrics” challenge in a London subway station. A YouTube content creator approached her and asked her to finish the lyrics to “Shallow” and she blew him away with her incredible voice.

After the video went viral, Charlotte shot to fame and she was even invited on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to perform the song. Sadly, the pandemic happened right around the same time so we haven’t been able to see more live performances since then.

Charlotte has been working on her music during quarantine and just released the studio recording of “Shallow.” At the end of the music video, she walks through the London subway station to give a nod to the moment that made her famous!

Charlotte Awbery, the singer who went viral after doing a “Finish the Lyrics” challenge in a London subway station, has released her first single!

After singing Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s “Shallow” from A Star is Born in the viral video, Charlotte decided to record a studio version of the song and it’s now available for streaming and downloading.

Charlotte went on to making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show back in February, where she performed the Oscar-winning tune.

“This is the first video for my debut release, Shallow. The official video is coming next week, so in the meantime, I hope you enjoy the song!” Charlotte wrote in the YouTube description for the single.

Charlotte Awbery is providing the gift of music to fans around the world while people are staying inside amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The viral London tube singer, who achieved instant fame when she covered “Shallow” in the subway, performed Demi Lovato‘s “Anyone” while at home.

“Hello everyone! Hope your all keeping safe and well. This isn’t the best video as I’m singing from my kitchen and when I was trying to film head on my phone kept falling over 🤦‍♀️but I’ll be posting up some songs over the next couple of days and also going live for all of you indoors,” Charlotte captioned the post. “Music and singing always makes me feel better so I hope you all enjoy this cover xxx Thank you again everyone for giving me so much support. Love always xxx.”

Charlotte Awbery is a star!

The viral singing sensation made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (February 26).

During her appearance, she performed her rendition of Lady Gaga‘s “Shallow,” which caused her to go incredibly viral in a “Finish the Lyric” video just one week before.

She also explained to Ellen that she was on her way to meet a friend when she was stopped in the London Tube by Kevin Freshwater, the digital creator who asked her to finish the lyrics.

Charlotte said she’s been singing for fifteen years, and opened up about her father’s advice to sing wherever she goes and never give up. She’s been booking many more gigs since, and Ellen surprised her with a year pass for the Tube and £10,000, courtesy of Shutterfly!

The London-based singer, who went viral for her stunning a cappella rendition of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s “Shallow” in a “Finish the Lyric” online challenge video, will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday (February 26).

Charlotte Awbery, the singer who went viral for covering Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper‘s “Shallow” in a London subway station, is finally speaking out about her overnight fame.

The singer-songwriter from London was approached in a subway station by British content creator Kevin Freshwater and challenged to finish the lyrics to the song he started. He was clearly blown away when Charlotte belted out “Shallow” flawlessly.

Gaga‘s fans have embraced Charlotte and turned her into a star. Her Instagram account has grown from 7,000 followers to over 286,000 followers in just days… and she’s now a verified celeb on the platform!

“OMG WOW! I am completely blown away! Thank you all so so much for the response,comments,kind messages and general love from everyone 💓 in the words of @ladygaga I’m ‘speechless,’” Charlotte wrote on Instagram on Friday (February 21).
