A cause of death has been confirmed for Dex Carvey, two months after he passed away.
The son of Dana Carvey and his wife Paula Zwagerman died in November at the young age of 32.
At the time, Dana took to Instagram to tell fans about the “terrible tragedy” his family suffered.

There was a very emotional moment at the very end of this weekend’s Saturday Night Live.
As guest host of the night Jason Momoa signed off from Saturday’s episode (November 18), Weekend Update co-anchor Colin Jost held up a sign that said “We love you Dana and Paula.”
The sweet message was meant for SNL alum Dana Carvey and wife Paula Zwagerman, after the couple’s oldest son, Dex Carvey, died earlier this week from an accidental drug overdose at 32.

Wayne’s World actor Dana Carvey has announced the tragic death of his eldest son Dex Carvey.
The news was revealed on Thursday afternoon (November 16) and Dana and his wife Paula released a statement to confirm the devastating loss.
TMZ reports that Dex‘s girlfriend placed a 911 call from a Los Angeles home at around 10pm on Wednesday night (November 15). Dex was reportedly locked in a bathroom and was pronounced dead on the scene.
