Vin Diesel is all smiles as he hits the blue carpet with his mother Delora Vincent at the premiere of Spielberg held at Paramount Studios on Tuesday (September 26) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 50-year-old actor and his mom were joined at the event by Edgar Ramirez, Tom Hanks, Martin Short, Vince Vaughn, Josh Gad, Holly Hunter, Julie Delpy, Caroline Goodall, Amy Brenneman, Bob Odenkirk, Neal McDonough and his wife Ruve, as well as Steven Spielberg himself with his wife Kate Capshaw and her daughter Jessica Capshaw.

Kumail Nanjiani and wife Emily V. Gordon premiere their new movie The Big Sick on Tuesday night (June 20) at the Landmark Sunshine Theater in New York City.

The couple wrote the romantic comedy together and were joined on the red carpet by Kumail‘s co-stars Zoe Kazan – and her longtime love Paul Dano along with Holly Hunter, Ray Romano, and Aidy Bryant.

The 33-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Kumail Nanjiani, Aidy Bryant, Ray Romano, Cameron Esposito, Holly Hunter, Kelly Washington, producer Judd Apatow and his daughter Iris Apatow, and Kumail‘s wife Emily V. Gordon, who co-wrote the film with him.

The Big Sick is based on the real-life courtship between Pakistan-born comedian Kumail (Nanjiani) and grad student Emily Gordon (Kazan) who fall in love but struggle as their cultures clash. Maggie Gyllenhaal and her husband Peter Sarsgaard hit the red carpet at the opening night of the musical Sunday in the Park with George on Thursday night (February 23) at the Hudson Theatre in New York City.

The actress stepped out to see her brother Jake Gyllenhaal perform in his return to Broadway.

Other celebs at the opening included Uzo Aduba, cute couple Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano, Cobie Smolders, Fran Drescher, Holland Taylor, Kathy Najimy, Rosie O’Donnell, Holly Hunter, and Bernadette Peters, who starred in the original production of the Broadway show.

The first big deal just happened at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival and it was for producer Judd Apatow‘s new movie The Big Sick!

The filmmaker produced the film, starring Holly Hunter, Kumail Nanjiani, Ray Romano, and Zoe Kazan.

Holly, Kumail, and Ray were all at the premiere for the movie on Friday (January 20) during day one of the festival in Park City, Utah.

Judd‘s wife Leslie Mann and daughter Iris Apatow were also there, as well as Kumail‘s co-screenwriter Emily Gordon.

Amazon Studios is reportedly buying the rights to The Big Sick for $12 million, according to Deadline.

Dave Franco and Alison Brie announced their engagement last summer and are spilling on their upcoming wedding plans.

While at the premiere of their film The Little Hours at the Sundance Film Festival, the couple responded to Dave‘s brother James‘ claims that they are getting married earlier this year.

“I don’t know why he said that…I don’t know what he was talking about,” Alison laughed.

Dave added, “He doesn’t know anything. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Who knows when it’s going to be? Hopefully soon. Hopefully early this year, but again we’re very lax about the whole planning…We will probably still elope.”

The following day (January 20), the couple stopped by the Variety Studio presented by Orville Redenbacher and were joined by Zoey Deutch, Jaime King, Jason Ritter, Holly Hunter, Elijah Wood and Zoe Kazan.
