Stassi Schroeder & Kristen Doute 'Want to Move Forward' After 'Vanderpump Rules' Firing

Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute are looking to move forward.

The Vanderpump Rules stars, who were fired due to past racist behavior, issued a statement through their representative, Steve Honig of The Honig Company.

Stassi and Kristen acknowledged what they did was wrong, have apologized and been punished. Without casting aside their actions or the impact of those actions, they want to move forward as part of the solution in ways that are productive, meaningful and sincere. Both of them recognize actions speak louder than words and that is what will guide them as they move forward,” the statement reads.

Stassi and Kristen both were called out by former co-star Faith Stowers during a recent interview, where she brought up how they both reported her to police for thinking she was a woman who was robbing places after an article was posted on a website about the crimes.

Kristen Doute Flips Off Camera In 'Vanderpump Rules' Promo Following Firing

There’s been a lot of drama in Kristen Doute‘s life this week and there’s apparently more to look forward to in the upcoming Vanderpump Rules‘ season 8 reunion.

In a new promo that was just released, it shows Kristen flipping off the camera after getting adversarial with many of her co-stars.

She is seen storming off the stage and flipping off the camera, saying, “I’m gone.”

Kristen was fired from Bravo this week after her past racist behavior was highlighted after former co-star Faith Stowers opened up about the racism she faced from both her and Stassi Schroeder.

Just after, she released an apology on her Instagram, which was called out fast by her followers.

“I’m ashamed, embarrassed, and incredibly sorry,” she wrote. “I will do better. I have to do better.”

Andy Cohen Speaks Out About 'Vanderpump Rules' Firings: 'I Absolutely Support Bravo's Decision'

Andy Cohen is speaking out about the recent firings of Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute from Vanderpump Rules due to racist remarks.

The Watch What Happens Live host spoke out on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy on Wednesday (June 10).

“I absolutely support Bravo’s decision. I think it was the right decision. I want to remind people, because I’ve been getting so many tweets and messages and whatever about Vanderpump Rules, and about Southern Charm and other shows, I feel like I remind people of this all the time: I’m not in charge of programming at Bravo anymore. I’m not an executive producer of Vanderpump Rules. I don’t have anything to do with the show, except that I love it and host the reunions. I have no say in hiring and firing people. And I really am only a producer of the Real Housewives and Watch What Happens Live,” he explained.

Stassi reportedly “was not expecting” this.

Faith Stowers Reacts To Stassi Schroeder & Kristen Doute's Firing: 'I'm Seeing People Are Finally Hearing Us'

Faith Stowers is feeling seen after Bravo revealed that Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute had been fired from Vanderpump Rules.

The 31-year-old former reality star reacted to the news while speaking with Page Six.

“I feel so vindicated studios and production are able to see blatant racism and make these positive changes and help move the race forward — help with the fight forward,” she shared. “I was in the middle of prayer and I felt a sense of — I know it sounds corny — I felt a sense of glory. I felt God’s presence and I’m seeing now [that the news has been revealed] maybe that is what that was. He gave me a sign of optimism meant to be hopeful and showing that all of this was worth it.”

Faith went on, saying that she “was ready to put myself in the line of fire because I don’t know what will happen if I don’t say anything, but I’m glad I did. Now I’m seeing Bravo follow suit, releasing women that have given crazy ratings for them because they want to be on the right side of history and I’m seeing people are finally hearing us.”

Stassi and Kristen‘s firing comes days after Faith revealed the two had called the cops on her after suspecting she was the Black woman who was robbing places a few years ago, when she was clearly not, and recalling their racist comments about her.
