Portia Doubleday and Carly Chaikin step out in style for the Mr. Robot panel held during the NBCUniversal part of the 2016 Summer TCA Tour at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday (August 3) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The ladies were joined on stage by their co-star Grace Gummer.

Margaret Cho, who portrayed the divisive Cho Young Ja during the 2015 Golden Globes last night, is responding to critics who called the portrayal racially insensitive.

“I’m of North and South Korean descent, and I do impressions of my family and my work all the time, and this is just another example of that. I am from this culture. I am from this tribe. And so I’m able to comment on it,” the 46-year-old comedian told Buzzfeed. “I can do whatever I want when it comes to Koreans – North Koreans, South Korean. I’m not playing the race card, I’m playing the rice card. I’m the only person in the world, probably, that can make these jokes and not be placed in a labor camp.”

“When we have British people playing American icons, and there’s no backlash. But for Asian Americans, it’s a very particular set of expectations that we are set to maintain, and that in itself is racist,” Margaret added. “If it’s Asian Americans making fun of Asians, we’re claiming our own voice, we’re claiming our heritage. We’re claiming all of the aspects of our own culture, and we’re allowed to. Even though it may get us put in a labor camp. If that happens you have to send Bill Clinton to come and get me,” she joked.

Margaret Cho stands to attention while wrapping up her stint as a North Korean reporter-general during the 2015 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 11) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 46-year-old comedian spoofed the involvement of North Korea and its leader Kim Jong-un in the recent Sony hack scandal.

Margaret showed up in the audience holding up some propaganda, but instead of spreading it, she wanted to take a picture with Meryl Streep.

While Michael Keaton was snapping their photo, Benedict Cumberbatch hilariously jumped out of his seat to photobomb them. Unfortunately the camera didn’t capture the moment, but the video below sure did!

Milla Jovovich opts for all black as she arrives at The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center’s 2014 An Evening with Women event held at The Beverly Hilton on Saturday night (May 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 38-year-old actress took the stage to perform three songs, including Patti Smith‘s “Dancing Barefoot,” and her original tunes “I Pray You Down” and “Every Leaf,” the latter of which you can watch below! Click inside for the others!

Also in attendance that evening was Michelle Rodriguez who held it down behind the DJ booth, as well as Natasha Bedingfield, Margaret Cho, Sarah Gilbert and wife Linda Perry, and songwriter Sia.

Comedian Margaret Cho attends a screening of The Cho Show at Le Royale in New York City on Wednesday.
