Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has left the MTV series Jersey Shore after a cringeworthy moment in the show’s latest season finale.

Angelina Pivarnick‘s wedding to Chris Larangeira was the focus of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation‘s season finale on Thursday (June 18) and there was plenty of drama in the episode.

Snooki, JWoww, and Deena Cortese gave a speech at the wedding and Angelina was not happy with some of the jokes that were made. In a confessional, she said, “It’s the wrong f–king place. It’s the wrong time. You don’t do this at somebody’s wedding.”

After confrontations with Angelina, Snooki made the decision to leave the show. She told Deena, “I’m quitting, I think. I think this is it. This is not fun.”

In Snooki‘s confessional, she said, “I just love my roomies, always. Jersey Shore is literally my life. I never would have met my best friends, so the fact that is has to end like this, for me, it really sucks.”

Snooki previously announced that she was leaving the show back in December 2019.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi‘s time with Jersey Shore has come to an end.

The 32-year-old reality TV star revealed the news on her podcast It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey on Friday (December 6).

During the episode, she said she “can’t believe [she’s] saying this,” but it’s “what is best for [her] at the moment.”

“I love you so much, and don’t hate me for my decision…I am retiring from Jersey Shore. I am not coming back to Jersey Shore for season four if there is one,” she said.

“The main reason is really … I just can’t do it anymore. Literally, leaving my kids to film it is really, really hard on me. I try and quit every single day. I quit every time we film because I just hate being away from the kids. I don’t like partying three days in a row. It’s just not my life anymore. I want to be home with the kids. I don’t mind here and there going to a dinner or whatever, but it’s just really hard for me to leave the kids and film the show,” she continued to explain.

She also said the show has become “been very drama” and “so serious.”

“For me, I don’t want that and I’m not leaving my kids days on end to film this show when that’s the result of it, I just don’t like the turnout of it and I don’t like the person I’m being portrayed as. This is getting a little too much. At 32 years old and with three kids, if I’m doing a reality show I just want it to be fun and light-hearted and lately it’s not like that and the show is getting so dramatic,” she revealed.

She also said her family receives “death threats,” which is “just a lot and not something I signed up for with this show.”

“I’m not saying goodbye…I just need to move on from the show because I don’t like the direction it’s going in when it comes to the drama and the cattiness.”

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is sticking up for herself against mommy shamers.

The 31-year-old Jersey Shore star took to Instagram on Saturday (July 27) to share a photo of herself sipping on a glass of red wine while propping up 2-month-old son Angelo‘s bottle of milk with her chin.

“‘What’s mom life like with 2 kids and a newborn?’ THIS. #MomJuice #ImAGoodMomISwear,” Snooki captioned the below post.

One critic then commented on the photo, writing, “You not suppose to drink alcohol if you breastfeeding your baby.”

“You’re not a mom,” Snooki responded. “I allow myself to have a few glasses once a week to stay sane with 3 kids. I do what’s necessary to clean my milk for my baby. Let a mawma live and keep being 17.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a baby is not going to be harmed by consuming breast milk from a mother who consumes one drink a day, especially if she waits at least two hours after drinking it to nurse.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is pregnant again!

The 30-year-old Jersey Shore star confirmed the exciting news that she is expecting a third child with husband Jionni LaValle on Thanksgiving (November 22) on her social media.

“What I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving ❤️ 🙏🏽 #family,” she captioned an adorable photo of her two children, Giovanna, 4, and Lorenzo, 6, holding a sonogram.

Nicole revealed back in the summer that she and her husband were trying for a third child: “I’m trying now. I’m practicing now. It’s going good. I’m not pregnant yet but, I mean, we’ve been practicing for a month now so,” she told ET.

The Jersey Shore ladies are back together again!

Deena Cortese celebrated her baby shower with all of her co-stars – including Sammi Giancola! – on Saturday afternoon (November 3).

“DEENER’S baby shower for CJ! Can’t wait to meet another addition to our family. Love these ladies so much!!!!!! #Family #MySisters ❤️❤️,” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi captioned the below photo with the pregnant star, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Angelina Pivarnick, and Sammi.

When it was announced that the stars would be reuniting for the new series Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, Sammi revealed that she would not be returning because she did not want to film with ex boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

Deena and husband Chris Buckner tied the knot in October 2017 and will be naming their son after him.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is opening up about her adoption discovery.

The 30-year-old Jersey Shore star opened up in a YouTube vlog posted on Thursday (July 5).

“I was adopted at six months from Santiago, Chile. And I was adopted by Helen and Andrew Polizzi. They flew all the way to Chile to come pick me up and they said right when they saw me they said I was like, ‘Mama, Dada!’ So it was meant to be, things just work out that way — it’s called fate,” she said.

“I was always meant to be with my adopted parents, which I don’t even – ew, I hate saying adoptive parents because they are my parents. It’s weird. Even though my nationality is Chilean, I grew up Italian. So when people say to me what’s your nationality I say, ‘I’m Chilean but I grew up Italian.’ I feel like I’m both,” she explained.

“Eventually, when I was 21, 22, I got my dad drunk and was like, ‘Dad, can you just tell me what went on? Why was I up for adoption?’ And basically, my birth parents had other siblings and they couldn’t afford me…I can’t even imagine putting up a child for adoption to give them a better life. That’s so amazing for them.”

“I couldn’t even imagine how they felt giving me up, but thank you for that.”
