“We ain’t playin’ tiddlywinks and we ain’t reciting nursery rhymes – it’s called the #ironparadise for a reason and things get extremely intense. Threw around my 50lb chains ⛓ for a drop set – I got lumped up and need stitches 😂🧵,” Dwayne said.

He added, “Taste your blood, keep training and stitch up later – rules of the house. And I can confirm my blood tastes like Teremana, calluses and BlaMoan (black and samoan) Hot Sauce🩸🤣😈💪🏾 Have a productive week, my friends – keep it light and a lil’ fun, but get after it like a MF.”

Nikki Bella Explains Why She Received Backlash for Supporting Book About The Rock

Nikki Bella is explaining why she’s facing backlash for supporting a new book about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

The book, “The Rock: Through the Lens: His Life, His Movies, His World” is by Nikki‘s pal Hiram Garcia and she was supporting him when she posted about it.

“We know as authors … how much work you put into making your first book; to any book you have,” Nikki said on her podcast. “And the minute you get your first book published and it hit shelves, how proud you are. You’re just so excited. It’s a huge accomplishment. So when I got his in the mail, I just remember that feeling when we dropped Incomparable.”

“Then I looked at social media and all of a sudden I was like, ‘What the f–k?’ I’m like, how did this turn into a political debate?” Nikki continued, adding that there were comments on the post like, “BOYCOTT ALL BELLA PRODUCTS!!!!” and “Oh noo! TRUMP 2020.”

“I’m not even thinking — of course, the book is about The Rock [or] photography about The Rock — [and] he just endorsed Joe Biden,” she said. “First of all, that never crossed my mind. Not once. It sucks that you can support someone — support a friend and their amazing accomplishment — and how it turns into negativity and you get this backlash and it turns into something so political.”

The Rock did publicly endorse a candidate in the Presidential Election for the first time ever and that candidate is Joe Biden.

Dwayne Johnson Ripped His Security Gate Off So He Could Get to Work Amid a Power Outage!

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson ripped off his driveway’s security gate with his bare hands after he was locked in due to a power outage!

The 48-year-old actor took to his Instagram account on Friday (September 18) to show the damage he did to the gate.

Dwayne explained that he needed to get to work and couldn’t wait the 45 minutes it would take for a technician to show up, so he took matters into his own hands, quite literally.

“Not my finest hour 🤦🏽‍♂️, but a man’s gotta go to work. We experienced a power outage due to severe storms, causing my front gate not to open,” Dwayne said. “I tried to override the hydraulic system to open the gates, which usually works when power goes out – but this time it wouldn’t.”

“Made some calls to see how fast I can get the gate tech on site, but I didn’t have 45min to wait. By this time, I know I have hundreds of production crew members waiting for me to come to work so we can start our day. So I did what I had to do,” Dwayne continued. “I pushed, pulled and ripped the gate completely off myself. Ripped it completely out of the brick wall, severed the steel hydraulics and threw it on the grass.”

“My security team was able to meet the gate technician and welders about an hour later — and they were apparently, “in disbelief and equally scared” as to how I ripped it off 🤣. Not my finest hour, but I had to go to work. And I’m 💯 ready to be BLACK ADAM⚡️💪🏾,” he added.

Dwayne recently shared the first look at Black Adam!

Dwayne Johnson Posts First Look at 'Black Adam' Ahead of DC Fandome!

Dwayne Johnson has given fans their first look at him in the upcoming DC Universe movie Black Adam!

The movie is a spinoff of the 2019 hit Shazam. If you didn’t know, Dwayne was in talks to play Black Adam as the movie’s villain, but that didn’t end up coming to fruition. Now, the character is getting his own movie.

Dwayne announced the film last year and said, “Black Adam is blessed by magic with the powers equal to Superman, but the difference is he doesn’t toe the mark or walk the line. He’s a rebellious, one-of-a-kind superhero, who’ll always do what’s right for the people — but he does it his way. Truth and justice — the Black Adam way. This role is unlike any other I’ve ever played in my career and I’m grateful to the bone we’ll all go on this journey together.”

Ahead of the DC Fandom event this weekend, Dwayne shared a teaser video that gave a very brief glimpse if him as the character!

“The hierarchy of power in the DC UNIVERSE is about to change,” he wrote on Instagram. “Black Adam arrives tomorrow at #DCFanDome. Personally, I salute my Warner Bros and DC partners for creating this historic opportunity for fans to absorb our entire DC universe while we all continue to manage the challenges of COVID. Well done. The man in black is coming to crush them all.”

The Black Adam movie is currently scheduled to hit theaters on December 22, 2021.

Dwayne celebrated a very special day this week and his wife dropped something to mark the occasion.
