Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt get some mixed martial arts (MMA) training in Los Angeles on January 8 (Thursday).
The Hills villian couple learned all the right moves from Kevin Rickson of Rickson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu International fighting school. (Spencer has been filming his new reality show based on MMA fighter Kevin Casey.)
Looks like Heidi kicked some major Spencer butt! Hope she didn’t break any of her Chanel fingernails.

Omg…that stupid ass Spencer has the audacity to wear a purple belt in JiuJitsu I’m a Pap and I’m a brow belt I been training BJJ for 8 year and done Judo since i was 7 years old and I do now how hard is to get there …that fool wearing a Gi and a purple belt was a complete disrespect …Shame on Gracie’s
