Shia LaBeouf picks up his daily green tea-flavored Arizona Iced Tea and walks back to his house on Monday (January 26) in Glendale, Calif.
The 22-year-old Transformers star has been walking around and talking his skateboard everywhere. Last week, it was announced that he had his driver’s license suspended for one year.
The cast he sports on his left wrist is a result of his refusal to take a Breathalyzer test after his car crash/DUI bust.

Jared, hon, the cast is the result of that actual accident and not anything to do with his refusal to take a breathalyzer test. His license suspension is the result of that refusal.

I wish they’d stop photographing him. He’s not like the other young celebs asking for it by going to places where the paparazzi are frequently. He’s just walking to his house. I don’t want him to be delegitimized because of all the pictures taken of him, he’s a genuinely talented young man.

“The cast he sports stems from the car accident he was involved in. This is the second surgery Shia has had to attempt to fix the damaged fingers on his injured hand. THe original injury occured when a BMW ran a red light and hit Shia’s vehicle that was making a legal left hand turn on a protected arrow. The other vehicle broadsided his F150 Quad Cab with such force it caused it to flip crushing his hand.
Earlier we reported he lost his license as standard procedure for refusing a breath analyzer at the scene of the accident, but the BAC from the hospital cleared him of the “suspicion of DUI” charges that had been filed against him that night and were subsequently dropped due to lack of evidence. ”
