Hilary Duff joins big sis Haylie Duff for a morning work-out in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 28).

“Up early for a workout, NYC’s amazing food killed me!” Haylie tweeted. “Gettin’ back baby. Gettin’ back.”

Haylie just returned from the Big Apple, where she hit the stage every night for her off-Broadway show Love, Loss, and What I Wore.
