Penn Badgley: Right on Target

Penn Badgley rolls up his pants and celebrates the Target Kaleidoscopic Fashion Spectacular exclusive VIP viewing party at The Standard on Wednesday night (August 18) in New York City.

At the event, dancers and models slowly danced in the window frames of various rooms in the hotel during a 20 minute-long colored lights show.
