Halle Berry Celebrates CNN Heroes

Halle Berry slips into a one-shoulder gown for CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute at the Shrine Auditorium on Saturday (November 20) in Los Angeles.

At the star-studded event, the 44-year-old actress recognized Evans Wadongo of “Use Solar, Save Lives” as one of the year’s top ten heroes.

Evans‘ program provides families in rural Kenya with solar powered lanterns to use instead of kerosene and firelight. Learn more about his work at CNN.com!

CNN Heroes was taped over the weekend but will air on Thanksgiving!

I guess you know you’re hot when all the haters jump on board trying to trash you. Get over it. Halle is gorgeous

Halle Berry was absolutely stunning, I am a shamed that I don’t watch the program regularly but when I heard Halle was going to appear, I tuned in. I think it’s a wonderful way of reminding people of real Heroes who put their lives on the line every day. They’re never recognized for their positive actions or even praised for their brave accomplishments in the media. God bless everyone who participated.
