Christina Ricci - MET Ball 2011

Christina Ricci gets laced up as she attends the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

The 31-year-old actress, who wore jewelry by Fred Leighton, was joined by designer Zac Posen at the star-studded event.

The Costume Institute Gala Benefit celebrates the opening of the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” exhibition, featuring the late designer’s iconic work.

Recently, Christina has been working hard on her next project, a 1960′s themed pilot show, Pan Am. The new drama revolves around the pilots and flight attendants of the famous airline.

You can’t wear a dress like that and show up in last night’s makeup. That dress could of been worked to death. Where is Stammy? I need a model in this.

She looks absolutely beautiful. The dress is perfect for her body and the makeup is not overdone. Too much makeup and she would have looked like Elvira. She’s truly a dark queen.
