Halle Berry Granted Restraining Order Against Intruder

Halle Berry wears a colorblocked maxi dress as she goes out to lunch with beau Olivier Martinez and a group of friends on Monday (August 1) in West Hollywood.

The 44-year-old actress dropped her cutie pie daughter, Nahla, off at school earlier in the day.

After a scary experience with an intruder last month, Halle‘s request for a restraining order against the man on her property was granted.

“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have …. I am extremely frightened,” Halle said in court papers. “He has terrorized me and my family.”

Glad everything’s under control now – but what a scary situation!

FYI: Halle‘s dress is made by Aqua and is available exclusively at Bloomingdale’s. She carried a Kelly Locke “Carolyn” hobo bag. Olivier wore Levi’s 501 jeans.
