Joe Manganiello heads back to his car after checking out a Guns N’ Roses concert on Wednesday (December 21) at The Forum in Los Angeles.
The 34-year-old True Blood hunk recently told his Twitter followers that he’s kicking his workout schedule into high gear in preparation for the upcoming season of the hit HBO show!
