Kim Kardashain wears a pair of ripped jeans while arriving at her hotel on Monday (April 23) in NYC.

The 31-year-old reality star flew in from L.A. where she was spotted wearing “KW” earrings – a nod to beau Kanye West – at LAX Airport the day before.

“Just touched down in LA for a meeting & a fun event tonight then back to NYC! #QuickTrip,” Kim tweeted.

Over the weekend, Kim took a romantic stroll with Kanye in the Big Apple.

“They had drinks at the Mercer Hotel Friday night, then shopped all day,” a source tells Us Weekly.

FYI: Kim is wearing a Rachel Roy jacket at LAX.
