Rihanna will be heading to England in June for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London!

She’s joining Jay-Z to headline the BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend event, taking place a month before the Games begin.

“The London 2012 Festival will be the biggest cultural celebration in our lifetime,” Royal Opera House Chief Executive Tony Hall, who chairs the Cultural Olympiad board, said at a press conference.

Florence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta, and Tinie Tempah are also slated to perform.
