Kellan Lutz is all smiles as he arrives at fashion designer Salvatore Ferragamo‘s show on Sunday (June 24) in Milan, Italy.
The 27-year-old Twilight hunk brought along girlfriend Sharni Vinson to watch the show with him.

“First fashion show in Milan was for @Ferragamo!” Kellan tweeted. “Loved all the vibrant colors and the fun colorful tennis shoes that complimented each outfit. Los Angeles Inspired. Such a fun show. Thanks for having me @Ferragamo.”
Later that day, Kellan and Sharni also attended Cesare Paciotti‘s presentation during Milan Fashion Week Menswear Spring/Summer 2013.

He was hot for a New York minute – too much partying I suppose. In any case, he’s got bad hair implants, a spray tan, and hasn’t hit the gym in awhile (from what I can tell.)
