This is what I will say about Ke$ha, I respect the fact that she takes time when it comes to putting music out. She doesn’t release an album every year (Rihanna), or puts out like 5-6 singles (Katy Perry), just to keep her name out there. She’s been absent in the music industry for 2 years now and has kept a low profile, which is refreshing!

Ha that was a cute idea. I still think she’s pulling a fabulous pseudo-intellectual subversive joke with her whole act.

@ Tina I agree! I’ve gradually become a Ke$ha fan bc my bff loves her, and I like the fact she doesn’t feel the need to put a record out every year. She’s been off our radar for a while now that people are looking forward to her return to pop music. Gaga, Katy, and Ri-Ri should take note.

Impressive — she’s singing it a whole third higher (in B) than the actual single recording (in G). I admit that I heard this yesterday via Jezebel.com and promptly downloaded the song in iTunes. And the cover art is mesmerizing — like some 70s/80s fantasy movie heroine. Glad Ke$ha is back!
