Lady Gaga shows off her body in a revealing black dress with large safety pins while exiting the Hotel Principe di Savoia on Tuesday (October 2) in Milan, Italy.

The 26-year-old entertainer was mobbed by fans as she headed to her awaiting vehicle.

Later in the day, Lady Gaga tweeted about Rebel Wilson‘s appearance on The Jay Leno Show. She said, “i bet she had no idea I’m a HUGE fans. this is so amazing i peed my pants. Rebel Wilson singing ‘The Edge of Glory’.”

The day before, Gaga was spotted throwing flowers with Donatella Versace from a balcony.
