Rumer Willis: Sister Scout Plays SXSW!

Rumer Willis takes video of her sister Scout performing with her band Gus + Scout at the Rolling Stone party during the 2013 SXSW Festival on Saturday night (March 16) in Austin, Texas.

The 24-year-old actress and her younger sister were later spotted watching British singer Jake Bugg perform on stage.
