Nicki Minaj arrives looking super stylish to the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 19) in Las Vegas.

The 30-year-old entertainer just won the Top Rap Artist award at the show! Congrats, Nicki!
