Scarlett Johansson is officially engaged to her boyfriend Romain Dauriac, her rep tells JustJared.com.

“I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged. They haven’t chosen a date for the wedding,” her rep said in a statement.

The engagement was revealed after Scarlett walked the red carpet for her film Under the Skin at the 2013 Venice Film Festival wearing a gorgeous Art Deco ring.
