Nicki Minaj Celebrates 31st Birthday with Beau Safaree Samuels

Nicki Minaj hops out of her hot pink car and heads into Philippe Restaurant for her 31st birthday party on Sunday (December 8) in Los Angeles.

The 31-year-old singer was joined for the party by her longtime boyfriend Safaree Samuels.
