Hilary Swank changes into a black and gold dress while attending the Salvatore Ferragamo after party held during Milan Fashion Week Womenswear Autumn/Winter 2014 on Sunday evening (February 23) in Milan, Italy.

The 39-year-old actress wore a different dress earlier in the day while attending the fashion brand’s runway show.
