Thandie Newton: Giving Birth Three Times at Home 'Feels Normal'

Thandie Newton arrives at the Today show and signs autographs for her fans on Thursday morning (May 22) in New York City.

The 41-year-old Rogue star talked about having home births for her children.

“He was born on the bathroom floor,” Thandie said of her third child Booker.

“I had just associated hospital with being ill, and I felt beautiful and healthy and wonderful when I was pregnant, and being at home is the place I felt most relaxed and comfortable,” she said. “So for me, it feels normal, but there was a time when everybody had their babies at home and it wasn’t such a big deal.”
