Chace Crawford is looking nice and buff while leaving Marmalade Cafe after having lunch with some friends on Friday (July 4) in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old former Gossip Girl actor has been laying low lately – the last time we saw him was at an Oscars party four months ago.

Chace will soon begin work on the Untitled Warren Beatty Project, which is a story centered on an affair Howard Hughes (Beatty) had in the late years of his life with a younger woman. The legendary actor is starring in, writing, and directing the movie.
