Bob Odenkirk on Shooting 'Better Call Saul': I Had to Work Harder By A Lot
Bob Odenkirk suits up to attend his Better Call Saul in Conversation with Cynthia Littleton session at the 92nd Street Y on Thursday (February 5) in New York City.
The 52-year-old actor was joined at the event by his new spin-off show co-stars Jonathan Banks and Michael McKean.
“The workload is exponentially, by a factor of one thousand, greater. I mean, my part in Breaking Bad wasn’t that large,” Bob expressed about shooting the show (via Time). “I would fly in, do my part, and go home sometimes the same day. Flew to Albuquerque, shot, and then came home. This time, I moved there for four and a half months and there were whole weeks where I was in every scene. So yeah, very different. I had to work harder by a lot.”
Be sure to tune into Better Call Saul on Sunday, February 8 @ 10/9c on AMC!
