Olsen Twins' Madison Avenue Store Begins Work in May!

Ashley Olsen carries a cup of coffee while stepping out of a friend’s apartment on Tuesday morning (March 24) in New York City’s East Village neighborhood.

The 28-year-old fashion designer and her twin sister Mary-Kate‘s next big project is the construction of their NYC flagship store for The Row on Madison Avenue.

“This is only their second store although they’re talking about others,” said Chris Conlon, the landlord for the property (via New York Daily News). “They wanted a special, intimate environment for their customers. When they saw the townhouse, they said ‘Oh my gosh, that’s it! It’s exactly what we’ve been looking for.’”
