Taylor Swift Gives a Sick Fan a Christmas Surprise!

Taylor Swift made a special stop on the way home for the holidays – a visit to a young fan suffering from cancer.

Delaney Clements was diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010 and has been a long time fan of Taylor. She recently stopped her cancer treatment and entered hospice care.

Other Swifties started a #DelaneyMeetTaylor campaign and on Saturday (December 19), Delaney‘s dream came true.

“Literally speechless right now!!!!! My new best friend ( as I call her now ) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/ hugg ever!! Thank you !! I love you!! Happy holidays!!😍�’�☃” Delaney wrote on her Instagram, along with an adorable selfie with Taylor, where they both rock bright red lipstick.
