Amber Heard & Johnny Depp Settle Divorce & Domestic Violence Case, Release Statement

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have reportedly settled their divorce case, his rep confirms to Just Jared.

The 30-year-old actress has also dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition due to the case being settled. The pair withdrew legal documents on Tuesday (August 16) for the domestic violence case, which was tied into the divorce case.

Johnny is reportedly paying Amber $7 million plus her legal fees.

“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gains. There was never an intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity,” a joint statement read.
